Fault 1: The small excavator moves slowly without load. In the process of walking, the uphill and downhill will become very slow, and the speed will become different. There is no problem with the inspection circuit, and all parameters are normal.
Analysis and treatment: The fault should have nothing to do with the distribution valve, and the cause of the fault points to the flow control of the hydraulic valve. Remove and check the one-way valve in front of the hydraulic oil tank on the main oil return line. It is found that the one-way valve cannot return smoothly due to wear and tear. After grinding the worn rough surface, install it. The fault is eliminated and it works normally.
Fault 2: The engine of the small excavator cannot speed up. It cannot automatically increase the speed when working in a hot engine state, and the circuit and engine have been checked many times, but the fault still cannot be resolved.
Analysis and treatment: idling speed cannot rotate, other actions are normal, and the rotation brake cannot be opened, indicating that the pilot oil may be insufficient. After adjusting the guide oil to the standard value, the fault is eliminated.
